	Swimming, Boating, & Water Skiing Kezar Lake is about 40 yards from our rental properties (see boat launch – 400 feet from Cranberry House)! With clear, pristine water and sandy beaches, it's not uncommon to see the bottom of the lake while swimming! We provide a paddle boat, canoe, and kayak while other boats and water ski rentals are available at the Marina, a two-minute walk from our rental properties. 	Fishing & Hunting The unspoiled waters of Kezar Lake are home to a variety of fish, including salmon, lake trout, smallmouth bass, white perch, chain pickerel, and smelt. 	Hiking Trails & Mountain Climbing Located in Maine’s western White Mountain region, the nearby White Mountain National Forest, Lord's Hill, Blueberry Mountain, Sabattus Mountain and Jockey Cap Mountain offer endless hiking and mountain climbing.

	Winter Sports Cross-country skiing, ice skating, and snowmobiling on Lake Kezar. 12-minute drive to Shawnee Peak Ski Resort, 35-minute drive to Sunday River Ski Resort and 11.7 miles to Wildcat Mountain Ski Center.
